Meet Mimi
When I wandered into my first improv 101 class at the sprightly young age of 57, I became a go-to old person for various comedy creators of indie films, web series and music videos, which gave me the opportunity to hone my on-camera capabilities in over 40 productions with super-funny and creative people.
As Mimi on the Hoops on The Chris Gethard Show I was a low-level cult figure for 6 years, so hoopdance is one of the things I'm known for. Was featured hoop dancing in a Broad City episode. Became SAG-AFTRA when TCGS moved to Fusion TV.
I am an actor, comedian, storyteller, and once (and future?) improvisor. My current projects include being a member of a kick-ass Boogie Manja sketch team, Division IV Athletes and working on my stand-up and other writing.
